Sixteen mayors taste “Paçoca” and coconut sweets at C40 dinner
Mayor of Sao Paulo Gilberto Kassab hosted on Tuesday a dinner at Jockey Club for 16 Mayors and cities representatives attending C40 Sao Paulo Summit. During the evening, around 200 guests enjoyed a typical Brazilian meal.
The menu included Brazilian picanha (prime beef) with pine nut, lemon risotto and simmered fish with farofa. For dessert, guava and coconut sweets and a traditional Brazilian coffee sweetened with paçoca, a peanut candy.
